As the only café in the industrial area, we saw an opportunity to offer something better — quality breakfast and lunch options that don’t require a long drive, pre-made shortcuts or frozen products. Every item we serve is prepared daily, inspired by bold American smokehouse flavours and a genuine love for handcrafted food.
